Job Description
SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS
Assists in all shipping and receiving functions, processing and documentation of importation/exportation necessary for company operations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepares packing lists, bill of ladings and other shipping documentation as necessary.
- Transacts business with government agencies as needed in relation to acquisition of permits and licenses, import/export taxation, etc.
- Submit import/export application and follow-up on review progress.
- Handles import/export documentations.
- Processes and liaise to sites and government offices for permits and licenses related to import/export of goods and equipment required in construction operation.
- Assists sites in preparation, documentation and acquisition of licenses and permits from government agencies.
- Performs other duties as required by her position.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php20,00.00 – Php28,00.00 per month
