Job Description
As a Trade Marketing Specialist, Training, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our trade marketing team. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Identifying training needs and creating training plans based on the specific requirements of the team members.
- Developing training materials, including presentations, handouts, and e-learning modules, to ensure effective delivery of training sessions.
- Conducting training sessions and workshops on various trade marketing strategies, tools, and techniques.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessment tools, and making necessary improvements.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align training initiatives with organizational goals and objectives.
