Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated candidate capable of building lasting relationships with clients. The ideal candidate should be willing to take responsibility, be aggressive, and have a background in Healthcare Devices. The candidate must have a minimum of 4-5 years of experience to lead our sales operations in the Philippines.
It is an individual performer role, and the ideal candidate will have direct responsibility for business development and sales in the assigned region. The candidate will also need to establish an excellent channel network for spreading SaaS based services in the region.
Responsibilities:
- Accountable for sales targets and growth
- Build a strong sales funnel for new business opportunities
- Capable of driving sales and closing orders
- Monitor and report month-over-month (MOM) sales performance
- Appoint, coach, and manage channel partners
- Assist in developing the annual sales and marketing plans
Qualifications:
- Relevant qualification with science / biomedical engineering background
- Previous experience in critical care / medical devices is a must
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to Php60,00.00 per month
