Job Description
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred. Some organizations may consider candidates with equivalent work experience or certifications.
Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Thorough attention to detail in resume screening, candidate assessment, and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to manage candidate data and recruitment processes efficiently.
- Effective time management skills to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and ensure timely completion.

Salary: Php12,00.00 – Php13,00.00 per month
