Job Description
– Field visit on delinquent accounts.
– Understand statement of account and can address client concern.
– Follow through commitment and other concerns.
– Report client status to the Collections Department in an organized and timely manner.
Minimum Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous work experience as a field collector (at least 2 years experience)
– Knows how to drive a motorcycle and has a valid driver’s license.
– Must have basic knowledge in computer skills (MS Word, E-mail, Waze, and Skype)
– Articulate and trustworthy
– Willing to travel over Laguna.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php15,860.00 – Php18,500.00 per month
