Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Services Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client projects from initiation to implementation, ensuring that all deliverables are met within the specified timeframe and budget.
As a Client Services Project Manager, you will act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements and translating them into actionable project plans. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and technical support, to ensure successful project execution.
Your responsibilities will include conducting project kick-off meetings, defining project scope and objectives, creating project timelines, allocating resources, and tracking project progress. You will also be responsible for addressing any issues or roadblocks that may arise during the project lifecycle.
To excel in this role, you should possess excellent organizational and communication skills. You must have a proven track record in successfully managing client projects, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Previous experience in the client services industry is highly desirable.
