Job Description
Loading, transporting, and delivering/pull-out items to/from clients or businesses in a safe, courteous, and timely manner.
Review orders before and after delivery to ensure the completeness of QR deployment or after-sales services. Report any backloads to QR Admin staff.
Establish and maintain outstanding customer satisfaction.
Review and verify order documentation before delivery, such as invoices, purchase orders, and delivery receipts for wholesale and ecommerce orders, to ensure accuracy.
Contact customers via call or text to confirm delivery details.
Orient the merchants and answer queries.
Complete trip documentation, such as acknowledgment receipts, trade checks, photo uploading, and expenses.
Inspect delivery vehicles and ensure the safety and security of the loading and unloading process.
Adapt driving to traffic conditions and follow traffic rules and regulations.
Ensure assigned vehicles are clean and fueled at all times.
Ensure availability and timeliness in accordance with the daily schedule given by the QR Fleet Team Leader.
Ensure the safety of the assigned task’s passengers to drive.
> High School Graduate/College Level
> with experience in driving a motorcycle
