Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Claims Processor.
The Claims Processor will be responsible for managing and processing insurance claims in a timely and efficient manner. This includes verifying and assessing claims, gathering necessary documentation, and communicating with policyholders and healthcare providers.
Successful candidates must have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as a strong attention to detail. Previous experience in a similar role in the insurance industry is preferred.
Key responsibilities:
- Reviewing and evaluating insurance claims
- Collecting necessary information and documentation
- Communicating with policyholders, healthcare providers, and internal departments
- Processing claims accurately and efficiently
