Job Description
We are currently hiring for the position of Chatbot Analyst at our office in Mandaluyong. As a Chatbot Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing customer interactions with our chatbot system, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to enhance the user experience.
You will work closely with the development team to optimize and fine-tune the chatbot’s performance, ensuring that it provides accurate and helpful responses to customer inquiries. Your role will involve monitoring chatbot conversations, analyzing data, and generating reports to track and measure the chatbot’s effectiveness.
Required qualifications for this role include a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data analysis tools, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of customer service principles. Experience in working with chatbots or artificial intelligence systems would be an advantage.
