Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Counselor specializing in employment law, compliance, and data privacy. As a Legal Counselor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on various legal matters related to employment, compliance, and data protection.
Key responsibilities include:
- Advising the organization on employment-related legal issues, including contracts, policies, and procedures
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to employment practices
- Developing and implementing strategies to protect the organization’s data privacy and security
- Providing training and education on legal and compliance matters to employees and management
- Acting as the primary point of contact for any legal disputes or litigation related to employment or data privacy
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment law and data privacy regulations, along with excellent problem-solving and communication skills. A Juris Doctor degree and relevant certifications are highly preferred.
