Job Description
We are currently seeking a talented and dynamic individual to join our team as a Cluster Head. As a Cluster Head, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple branches within a designated geographic area.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Leading and guiding branch managers to achieve business objectives and targets.
- Developing strategic plans to expand market reach and increase revenue.
- Ensuring effective implementation of sales and marketing initiatives.
- Monitoring branch performance and coordinating with relevant departments to streamline operations.
- Providing training and support to branch managers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
