Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Officer with expertise in Networking Protocols to join our team. As the Service Delivery Officer, you will be responsible for managing and delivering various networking projects, ensuring that they are completed within the agreed timelines. You will collaborate closely with our technical team to develop project plans, provide technical guidance, and oversee the execution of projects. Additionally, you will be responsible for evaluating network performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to optimize network efficiency.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage networking projects from initiation to completion
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather project requirements and define project objectives
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resources, and budget requirements
- Provide technical guidance and support to the team throughout project execution
- Monitor network performance and identify areas for improvement
- Implement appropriate measures to enhance network efficiency and reliability
- Ensure timely and accurate project documentation and reporting
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven experience in managing networking projects
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols, such as TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, and SNMP
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
