Job Description
Admin support provides support to managers, other employees, and office visitors by handling a variety of tasks to ensure positive and productive interactions between the organization and others.
The ideal candidate should be prepared, responsive, and willing to meet challenges directly. They must be comfortable with computers, general office tasks, and excel at verbal and written communication. Most importantly, administrative assistants should have a genuine desire to meet the needs of others.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
- Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
- Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.
- Greeting and assisting visitors.
- Maintaining polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
- Anticipating the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Associate’s Degree in a related field.
- Prior administrative experience.
- Excellent computer skills, especially typing.
- Attention to detail.
- Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
- Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
- Strategic and creative mindset.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information.
- Ability to direct, lead, coach, and develop sales staff.

Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: 8-hour shift
Supplemental pay types: 13th-month salary
