Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strictly at least 6 months’ work experience with an IT related role.
- Good at CPU hardware and software troubleshooting / Printer Troubleshooting / Network basics.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Has customer service and rapport-building skills.
- Has problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Intermediate in analytical and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Willing to do fieldwork if required.
- Has basic knowledge of ticketing systems.
- Basic knowledge in Server, Router, and Switches installation.
- Has a customer-oriented personality.
- Has flexibility in fieldwork.
Job Descriptions:
- Responsible for the deployment, installation, pull-out and configuration of PCs, Laptops, and Printers.
- Diligently attends to assigned tickets and provides support within specified SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
- Responsible for level 1 (phone and remote) and level 2 (on-site) support.
- Regularly updates on the status of assigned service requests or incidents.
- Reports and updates the helpdesk on incidents or service requests encountered beyond the assigned service request.
- Provides assistance to end-users on standard applications and specialized software.
- Troubleshoots hardware problems, replaces defective parts and escalates issues to the authorized person when necessary.
- Responsible for formatting/cloning PCs, Desktops, and Laptops.
- Configures network connections, performs testing, and basic troubleshooting.
- Performs regular checkups of PC desktops/laptops and performs tasks like defragmentation, patches, and virus updates.
- Escalates problems that require immediate attention to the helpdesk, team leader, or appropriate authorities.
- Performs other relevant tasks as assigned from time to time.

Salary: Php25,00.00 per month
