Job Description
We are currently seeking experienced and motivated individuals to join our team as Mechanical Maintenance Work Planners. As a Work Planner, you will be responsible for creating and organizing work schedules, coordinating resources, and ensuring the timely completion of maintenance tasks.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing detailed work plans based on maintenance requirements and priorities.
- Coordinating with maintenance technicians and managers to schedule equipment repairs and preventive maintenance activities.
- Ensuring that all necessary equipment, tools, and materials are available for each task.
- Monitoring the progress of work orders and updating the maintenance management system accordingly.
- Identifying potential issues or delays and taking proactive measures to address them.
- Collaborating with other departments to plan and prioritize maintenance activities.
