Job Description
BRIEF DESCRIPTION
The Administrative Supervisor plays a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our administrative operations. The role is responsible for streamlining processes and fostering a positive working environment.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee administrative tasks to enhance operational efficiency and ensure smooth office operations.
- Supervise and coordinate driver schedules.
- Procure materials, tools, and supplies by gathering requirements, negotiating prices, quality, and delivery.
- Ensure facilities are stocked with necessary supplies and services, maintaining office conditions and arranging repairs as needed.
- Implement plans, policies, and programs related to property, equipment, supplies, housekeeping, and safety.
- Monitor office expenditures, adhere to budgets, provide input for budget preparation, schedule expenditures, analyze variances, and make budget recommendations.
- Manage stationery and equipment supplies, coordinate office admin repairs as needed.
- Maintain records, prepare reports, and draft correspondence to third-party partners as necessary.
- Supervise new permit and license applications and renewals.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of office management principles and procedures.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
