Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and organized Property Accountant to join our team. As a Property Accountant, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining financial records and reports for our property portfolio.
Your main duties will include overseeing budgeting and forecasting, monitoring lease agreements, preparing monthly and annual financial statements, and analyzing financial data for performance evaluation. You will work closely with property managers, tenants, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and attention to detail. Additionally, proficiency in accounting software and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage financial records and transactions for the property portfolio
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements
- Analyze financial data and provide performance reports
- Monitor lease agreements and ensure timely rent collection
