Job Description

The Learning and Development Trainer is responsible for conducting training programs and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees within the organization. They work closely with various departments to identify training needs, design and develop training materials, and facilitate learning sessions.

The key responsibilities of a Learning and Development Trainer include:

  • Assessing training needs and recommending appropriate training solutions
  • Designing and developing training programs, modules, and materials
  • Conducting onboarding and orientation programs for new hires
  • Delivering training sessions using various instructional techniques and multimedia tools
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making improvements
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure training content accuracy
  • Maintaining training records and preparing reports on training activities

Applicants for this position should have a strong background in training and development, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team. A degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field is preferred.
