Job Description
We are currently seeking a Customer Care Executive to join our team. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers.
You will handle inbound calls, respond to inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction. In addition, you will maintain accurate customer records, update databases, and assist with order processing.
The ideal candidate for this position is a strong communicator with excellent problem-solving skills. You should have a friendly and professional demeanor, with the ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and patience.
Experience in a similar customer service role is preferred, and proficiency in English is required. Experience with CRM software is a plus.
