Job Description
We are currently looking for a Sales & Customer Support professional to join our team. This role requires a dynamic individual who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and has a natural flair for sales.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in their purchase journey, providing product information, and resolving any inquiries or issues they may have.
- Identify and engage potential customers through various channels, such as phone calls, emails, and live chat.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and improve customer experience.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to enhance products and services.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a sales or customer support role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
