JOB DESCRIPTION
The Customer Service Assistant is in charge of providing excellent customer service. They receive phone calls from clients/suppliers/partners and transfer them to the appropriate department/person. They also take down messages and relay them to the appropriate department/person. In addition, they assist tenants and customers with their queries and concerns.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College degree in any field.
- Well organized; Can work with minimum supervision.
- Willing to work during weekends and holidays.
- Willing to be assigned in SM City Calamba, Laguna.
