Job Description
We are currently looking for a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as an IT Service Desk professional. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees and clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to user inquiries and resolving technical issues through email, chat, or phone
- Providing guidance and troubleshooting for system and software-related problems
- Performing user account management, including password resets and access permissions
- Documenting and maintaining records of technical issues and solutions
- Coordinating with other IT teams for escalated issues or complex problem resolution
The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of IT principles and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage, but it is not required as no assessment will be conducted.
