Job Description
The Store Supervisor/Management Trainee is responsible for overseeing the retail store daily operations, including product availability, controlling finances, managing the staff and customer services.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years course or 2nd-year college level of any bachelor’s degree.
- With at least 2-3 yrs. working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Implementation of the following:
- Marketing Plans and Programs
- Summary and Monitoring of Daily Sales and Forecast
- Sales forecast in preparation for events or special occasions
- Store Cash Management
- Knowledge in Food Cost, Labor Cost, Utilities, Inventories of Supplies, Products, and Store Cash Management
- Approachable
- Team Player
- Knowledgeable of branch operation and standard procedure
- Computer Literate
- Knowledgeable to do PML
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From Php17,839.99 per month
