Job Description
We are currently looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our team at The Remote Group (TRG). As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various job positions within our organization.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Reviewing resumes and conducting interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications
- Collaborating with hiring managers to identify the hiring needs and requirements
- Creating and posting job advertisements on various platforms
- Building a strong network of potential candidates through social media and professional networking sites
- Providing guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the selection process
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of applicant information and activities
