JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Daily live chat/email response of customer queries
  • Own overall relationship with assigned client
  • Ensure retention and satisfaction of all assigned clients
  • Aid clients in achieving their goals
  • Communicate with vendors/partners and internal teams to solve customer queries.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 1 year of customer-facing experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Korean and English
  • Detail-oriented and analytical
  • Demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction
  • Fluent in Korean language

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php50,00.00 – Php60,00.00 per month

  • Evening shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • 13th month salary
