Job Description
Accesshealthcare is looking for Experienced Customer Service Representatives to be part of our PIONEERING TEAM.
As a Patient Service Representative, you need to have strong organizational skills along with the ability to think on your feet when faced with new situations that arise throughout each day within a professional medical environment.
Ultimately, you will work directly with patients and our medical staff to answer any questions they may have about treatment options or insurance coverage.
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven work experience as a Customer Service Representative
- Knowledge of Healthcare terminology will be considered a plus
- Must be fluent in English language
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Must be amenable to work onsite at McKinley, Taguig

Salary: Php22,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
