Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Test Lead to join our team in the Specialised Asset Finance department. As the Test Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all testing activities related to asset finance systems and applications.
Your main duties will include:
- Developing comprehensive test plans and strategies for asset finance projects.
- Leading and managing a team of testers to ensure high-quality testing deliverables.
- Executing test cases and scripts, identifying and logging defects, and tracking resolutions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers and business analysts, to define testing requirements and validate software changes.
- Providing regular status updates, reports, and recommendations to project stakeholders.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in testing, particularly in the asset finance domain. You should also have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively guide and motivate a team.
