Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced AP/AR Specialist to join our team on a project-based basis. As an AP/AR Specialist, your main responsibilities will include managing accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions.
You will be responsible for maintaining accurate vendor records, processing invoices, managing payment cycles, reconciling statements, and resolving any vendor or customer payment issues. Additionally, you will collaborate with the finance team to prepare financial reports and assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks or SAP, is preferred.
