Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service representative. As a Customer Service representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent support and assistance to our valued customers.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolving customer complaints and issues
- Providing product information and recommendations
- Processing orders, returns, and exchanges
- Assisting in troubleshooting technical problems
Our ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively. Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
