Job Description
Location: BGC, Taguig
Shift Schedule: Night shift
Offer: Up to 40,00 PHP per month
Responsibilities:
- Screening resumes
- Understanding hiring needs and requirements
- Overseeing the interview process
- Schedule calls and interviews
- Help new hires onboard
Qualifications:
- At least 6 months of solid US RPO exposure
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to multitask, strong attention to detail, and ability to work autonomously
- Ready to work in night shifts
- Ability to generate a high volume and high-quality pipeline of candidates under tight timelines
