Job Description
We are currently looking for an experienced HR Supervisor to join our team. As an HR Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the human resources department. Your main duties will include recruitment and selection, employee training and development, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
You will also be in charge of handling employee relations, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment. Strong communication and leadership skills are crucial for this role, as you will be working closely with both management and employees to address personnel issues and concerns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience as an HR Supervisor or similar role
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
