Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Legal Specialist to join our team. As a Legal Specialist, you will be responsible for providing legal support and advice to our organization.
Key responsibilities:
- Conducting legal research and analysis
- Preparing legal documents, contracts, and agreements
- Assisting in the negotiation and settlement of legal disputes
- Advising on legal compliance and regulatory matters
- Keeping abreast of changes in relevant laws and regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a legal role
- Strong knowledge of contract law and legal principles
