Job Description
The Accounting Supervisor plays a pivotal role in overseeing the financial operations of our company. As an Accounting Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of accountants and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
Your main duties will include:
- Supervising and evaluating the work of the accounting team
- Preparing and analyzing financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
- Reviewing and approving journal entries and reconciliations
- Ensuring compliance with accounting principles and company policies
- Coordinating internal and external audits
- Identifying and implementing process improvements for efficiency and accuracy
The ideal candidate for this position is a detail-oriented and highly organized individual with a strong understanding of accounting principles and excellent managerial skills. You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and hold a bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field.
