Job Description
We are currently looking for a highly qualified and experienced individual to join our team as an Area Manager for our Retail Gas Station division. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple gas station locations within a designated area.
Key responsibilities:
- Developing and executing business strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Managing and coaching store managers to achieve operational excellence
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Monitoring inventory levels and implementing effective inventory management practices
- Providing superior customer service
- Conducting regular store visits to assess store performance and identify areas for improvement
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in retail management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive results. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also required to effectively collaborate with team members and build positive relationships with customers.
