Job Description

RESTAURANTCONCEPTS GROUP, INC. is currently seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Brand Marketing Officer.

Responsibilities:

• Spearheads the overall conceptualization, development, and execution of marketing campaigns that align with the brand strategies
• Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth
• Lead the development and refinement of the messaging and creative designs of the different brands
• Works closely with the different departments to ensure smooth execution of campaigns
• Monitors the progress of campaigns using various metrics
• Works hand-in-hand with the Operations team for all marketing-related efforts
• Collaborate with the entire marketing team to plan and execute campaigns

Requirements:

• Must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Business Administration, Business Management, or equivalent.
• With at least 3 years of work experience in Brand Management or any relevant marketing experience
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Must be organized, resourceful, and can work well under pressure
• Fun, outgoing, creative
• Team Player

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Php25,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
