Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Training Assistant. In this role, you will work closely with our Training Manager to develop and deliver high-quality training programs for our employees.
Your responsibilities will include assisting in the development of training materials, coordinating training sessions, and tracking employee progress. You will also be responsible for maintaining training records and providing administrative support to the Training Manager.
The ideal candidate for this position should have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. A strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask is also essential. Previous experience in a training or administrative role is preferred.
