Who are we looking for:
As an IT Development Assistant, you are expected to support computer software design, development, and maintenance to suit client needs. Assist the development team with all aspects of software design and coding. Develop hands-on experience with programming languages, databases, machine learning, and more.
- Write and test program code according to a specific design brief
- Learning the codebase and improving your coding skills
- Troubleshooting software issues
- Working closely with developers to improve product functionality
- Monitoring the technical performance of internal systems.
- Responding to requests from the development team.
What does it take to be part of the team?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Knowledge of basic programming languages (HTML, CSS, Node.js, PHP, React.js) and/or machine learning (Python).
- Knowledge in RDBMS like MS SQL, My SQL, Postgre SQL
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Highly developed attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
