Job Description
Our hotel, Sotogrande Davao Hotel, is looking for a F&B Supervisor to join our team.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Food and Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent business-related degree.
- Should have at least 2-3 years experience in a managerial or supervisory position in a Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service organization.
- Must be experienced with marketing strategies, cost control, and budgeting and up to date with new trends available in the market.
- Excellent oral communication skills and interpersonal skills and love interacting with guests.
- Fluent in English (as well as the local language).
- Amenable to working long hours, especially during weekends and holidays.
- Must be well-versed in restaurant operations.
- Must be a self-starter and can drive the team to optimize business revenues.
- Must have extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with the ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff.
