Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as an Appointment Setter Team Lead. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of appointment setters and ensuring their success in generating leads and scheduling appointments.
Your duties will include:
- Supervising and guiding the appointment setter team to meet targets and achieve set goals.
- Monitoring team performance and providing regular feedback and coaching to improve productivity.
- Developing and implementing strategies to increase lead generation and appointment conversion rates.
- Working closely with the sales and marketing departments to align appointment setting efforts with overall company objectives.
- Creating and maintaining a positive and motivating work environment.
- Ensuring accurate and comprehensive documentation of all appointments and leads.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in appointment setting, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment. Prior experience in a team lead or supervisory role is highly preferred.
