Job Description

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Process Excellence Project Manager II to join our team. In this position, you will oversee and drive process improvement initiatives across the organization, with a focus on enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and optimize business processes to achieve continuous improvement and operational excellence
  • Develop and implement process improvement strategies, tools, and methodologies to drive sustainable results
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements, and translate them into actionable plans
  • Monitor and measure process performance through data analysis and metrics, and provide regular progress reports to management
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members on process improvement methodologies, tools, and techniques

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business process improvement, project management, or related roles
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and implementing process improvement initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma or other relevant methodologies is preferred
