Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the on time, accurate processing of payments to employees & vendors.
- Job includes the receipt, processing, verification, and reconciliation of invoices.
- Ensures that all transactions are accounted for and are processed on time.
- Ensures that all documents are compliant with established controls.
- Assist in contracts management.
- Exhibits professionalism and timeliness in responding to inquiries and customer concerns.
Requirements:
- BS Accountancy. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player with the ability to work independently.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn.
