Job Description
Stark Asia Solutions, Inc is looking for a Collections Specialist to join our team. As a Collections Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work from home after 6 months. We offer a competitive salary, standard allowances, HMO day 1 for employees, incentives based on performance, and a 20% night differential.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma required. Bachelor’s Degree or if Undergraduate, with relevant work experience preferred.
- 6 months of previous call center and customer service experience are preferred, BUT
- Able to pick up new concepts quickly and can adhere to different policies and account changes.
- Can type at least 30wpm.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, holidays, weekends, and extended hours.
