Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Specialist to join our team. As an HR Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Administer payroll and benefits programs.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Resolve employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers and staff.
- Lead performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance evaluations, and career development planning.
To be successful in this role, you should have a solid understanding of HR best practices, local labor laws, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
