Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Fleet Coordinator & General Affairs Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet operations and providing administrative support to our General Affairs department.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure timely repairs and services
- Manage fleet documentation and update records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs
- Assist in the procurement process of new vehicles and equipment
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure fleet vehicles are in compliance with safety regulations
- Assist in managing office supplies, maintenance, and repair requests
- Support general administrative tasks such as managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office facilities
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in fleet coordination or general affairs is preferred
- Proficient in using MS Office applications
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
