Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- To do tasks as given by Superiors as per standard and company policy.
- To supervise the planning of materials short-term and long-term plans and forecast, directly reporting to Immediate Superior.
- To supervise his/her section in coordinating with customers regarding deliveries.
- To supervise and coordinate with subcontractors on plans and schedules.
- To supervise the control and report to his immediate superior consistently and on time all data of the inventory stocks, materials in process, and finished goods specifically the material, subparts stock, outgoing process, and finished goods needed for Production Planning and control stocks.
- To maintain good quality and productivity under him/her in doing his/her subordinate’s tasks.
- To immediately report any abnormalities not conforming to standards or company policy.
- To follow and keep his/her assigned section according to the planned schedule.
- To do other tasks assigned in relation to production and planning operations.
Requirements and Skills:
- Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical, etc.)
- Engineering License holder is an advantage but not required.
- With at least 5 years of working experience in an Electronics Manufacturing Company setup.
- Knowledgeable in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Residing in Calamba, Laguna or nearby.
