Job Description
The position will process the transferring of titles, including the payment of all related taxes. He/she will coordinate with different government agencies & LGUs concerned for the transfer of title and tax declarations under the name of LLDC.
Prepare the drafts of contracts needed on settlement.
Updates land acquisition monthly status report.
