Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Store Manager. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store’s operations, including sales performance, staff management, and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate should have previous experience in retail management, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. You will be required to develop and implement strategies to maximize store profitability, maintain visual merchandising standards, and provide exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a team of sales associates
- Ensure the store meets sales goals and targets
- Monitor inventory levels and order products as needed
