Job Description
- Load and unload outgoing and incoming delivery vehicles.
- Select products from the warehouse, load and secure goods to pallets, move inventory to delivery area, and load merchandise.
- Unload stock from delivery vehicles, transport to and store in designated warehouse positions.
- Keep work environment clean and tidy at all times, and comply with safety rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
- Pick and fill orders from stocks, prepare requests, manage, organize, and retrieve stocks.
- Maintain accurate records of received stocks and stocks on hand.
- Maintain warehouse records.
- Ensure cleanliness, tidiness, and safety of the work environment.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles.
- Accept delivery of inventory.
- Count and confirm inventory.
- Inspect inventory for damage and faults.
- Communicate errors to relevant parties.
- Mark and label stock.
- Store inventory in an accessible manner.
- Load and wrap stock on pallets.
