Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Specialist with strong English proficiency to join our team. As a Service Desk Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing efficient and effective technical support to our clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to client inquiries and resolving technical issues via phone, email, or chat.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address and escalate complex problems.
