Job Description

Overview: We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized IT Administrator to oversee various aspects of operations within our IT department. This role will primarily focus on managing purchase orders (PO), purchase requisitions (PR), invoicing, timesheet verification for external technical resources, Docusign processing, and vendor onboarding/offboarding. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring smooth and efficient vendor operations.

Responsibilities:

• Verify and process monthly timesheets and invoices for external Project Managers (PMs), including:

• Reviewing invoice accuracy.
• Processing documents through designated systems.
• Working through various cycles and collaborating with our systems and PMs.

• Handle procurement-related documents through Docusign, including:

• Processing documents for procurement needs as they arise.

Engage agencies:

• Process Statements of Work (SOW) through Docusign.

• Facilitate the onboarding process for new external PMs/Business Analysts (BAs), including:

• Coordinating necessary documentation and administrative procedures.
• Managing hardware requests for new hires.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in IT administration, vendor operations coordination, or procurement is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Docusign or similar electronic signature platforms is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing documents.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
